We are a group of highly motivated university students and recent graduates who seeks to empower students in underprivilleged communities to achieve their full potentials.
Find Out MoreEduGap Foundation has two main goals. The first is more of empowerment, education and mentorship. We basically reachout to students in underprivileged communities with students who have been able to thrive under similar conditions. We mentor as well as educate them on possibilities in education and how they should set their career goals and work towards it. This is an attempt to break their inferiority complex and let them know that with hard work and self confidence, they can achieve their educational goals.
The second mandate is more practical and geared towards teaching students actual skills we believe is neccessary for their eductional journey. We have enthused volunteers that introduce students to the variety of new Technologies and software like MS word, Excel, Google, Youtube and others. We also introduce those that are interested to entrepreneurship and Computer programming to these technologies and others to leadership and initiative taking. These are attempts to ensure that these students are equiped with the skills that are readily available to their counterparts at more privileged communities. We also educate these students on how to be self-aware of their potentials inculcate in them the values of taking actions to solve problems in their communities in their own small way. We target students in underprevilege communities because they are clearly the ones lagging in knowledge on new technological advancement and opportunities.

We introduce students to some of the current technologies that are making waves and how they can use them to their advantages.
We introduce students to entrepreneurship, leadership and initiatives. We believe they can solve some pecuiliar problems in their community if their minds are drawn to possible ways they kind identify problems and clearly define them and take initiatives.
We prepare JHS students to make them ready for SHS working with them through their career aspirations and courses they may need to study and how they can plan and make the most out of SHS.
